GYS TITANIUM 230 AC/DC HF FV

Gys Titanium 230 AC/DC HF FV is an inverter welding machine with high frequency for DC and AC direct current welding, ideal for working on any metal alloy such as high and low alloy steels, ALUMINIUM and aluminium alloys and copper.

Gys Titanium 230 AC/DC HF FV is a professional welding power source suitable for industrial use and suitable for any working environment thanks to the high degree IP23.

The regulation of this product ranges from 5 A up to a maximum current of 230 A and the duty cycle is 190 A at 60% . These features make Gys Titanium 230 AC/DC HF FV very versatile, ideal for working on very thin sheets and large thicknesses.

It has 6 Tig welding modes:

- DC Standard : DC welding on most ferrous materials.

- DC pulsed : allows parts to be assembled by limiting the heat input (pulsations up to 2.5 kHz).

- FastPulse : pulsations up to 20 kHz on special steel.

- AC Standard : welding of aluminium and its alloys (Al, AlSi, AlMg, AlMn., etc).

- AC pulsed : precise control of penetration by setting the AC frequency (pulses up to 500 Hz).

- AC Mix : alternating AC and DC current to increase welding speed.

GYS Titanium 230 AC-DC has several synergy parameters:

- Patented synergy mode for maximum productivity when spot welding and welding Aluminium, Stainless Steel and Copper parts with or without filler metal.

- Wizard Lab for the realisation of complex welding cycles.

Advanced features:

4 spot welding modes:

- Spot / Multi Spot : traditional spot welding before welding thin sheets.

- Tack / Multi Tack : ultra precise, oxidation-free spot welding that reduces the risk of deformation.

3 trigger types: Lift, HF and Touch.HF (timed high frequency trigger).

3 torch trigger managements: 2T, 4T and 4T LOG

Parameterisation of AC waveforms favouring arc and penetration control.

E-TIG mode guarantees the welder to respect the welding power whatever the torch position in relation to the workpiece (controls welding energy).

Connectivity features:

Traceability of all welding seams according to EN 3834.

Calibration mode for welding accessories (refines energy calculation).

Connectable via an optional kit (037960) for use on robots.

User mode for sharing the product with several welders.

Free online interface customisation tool.

Saves the user JOBs (500 max.) as well as the machine configuration on a USB stick.

Compatible with reed torches, double button, potentiometer and Up & Down.

Complete update of machine and synergies with USB stick.

Remote control (foot pedal or manual as an option)

MMA, AC MMA and Pulsed MMA modes (weldable electrodes up to Ø 8 mm).

VRD (Voltage Reduction Device) can be activated to lower the no-load output voltage < 35 V.

PV" technology guarantees an arc that is always stable, even when mains current fluctuates (85 to 265 V), when power is supplied via a generator set or when the power cable is too long.
