TELWIN INFINITY 170

Telwin Infinity 170 is a single-phase inverter welding machine suitable to weld MMA coated electrodes or with TIG process in direct current (no aluminum).

Infinity 170 is an ideal welding generator for DIY, small and light, 5 kg weight; easy to carry thanks to the practical belt.

Telwin Infinity 170 can use a wide variety of coated electrodes: rutile, stainless steel, cast iron and also electrodes with basic coating, suitables to get a good penetration and good mechanical qualities.

Telwin Infinity 170 generates a maximum welding current of 150 Amps and 60% duty cycle at 80 Amps. Infinity 170 can works continuously with a coated electrode with a diameter of 2.5mm, but also it can be used for a short period with 3.25 and 4mm electrodes.

The selection of welding parameters is very simple; it is necessary to set the welding current and the Telwin Infinity 170 automatically selects the percentage of Hot-Start and Arc-Force.

The anti-stick device works automatically to avoid electrode sticking.

Safe against overvoltage, undervoltage or overcurrent.

It is possible to weld by TIG process in direct current on mild steel and stainless steel, connecting a TIG torch (optional, see recommended accessories below) equipped with a gas valve and scratch start.
