GYS PROTIG 200 DC

GYS PROTIG 200 DC is an inverter welder suitable for TIG DC welding of steel and stainless steel and coated electrode (MMA) welding of rutile, basic, stainless, cast iron, etc.

It has 3 welding modes:

DC Standard : DC welding on most ferrous materials.

DC Pulsed : limits the temperature rise of the parts to be welded. Ideal for very thin sheets.

Possibility of adjusting the SPOT mode for fast and accurate spot welding before welding thin sheets.

2 types of trigger are available: HF without contact or LIFT by contact for work in electrosensitive environments.

3 trigger modes : 2T, 4T and 4T LOG.

Pulsed MMA : Facilitates welding in vertical upright position

Electronic devices available in MMA: Arc Force, Antistick, Hot Start.

Technical features:

- Current and voltage display during and after welding (DMOS/QMOS).

- Storage of 10 programmes for each process for perfect weld reproducibility.

- Intelligent ventilation management to reduce power consumption, dust extraction and device noise.

- Reinforced structure and antichoc feet on all corners of the machine. Space-saving and easily movable on site.

- Protected against overvoltage up to 400 V (PROTEC 400)

GYS TIG 200 DC is supplied complete with:

- TIG torch 26DB, 4m and consumable kit 1.6 and 2.4mm

- Cable 2m 25mmq and earth clamp
