GYS PROTIG 200 AC-DC

GYS PROTIG 200 AC/DC (200 A) is an inverter welding machine suitable for TIG AC/DC and coated electrode (MMA) welding.

It has 5 welding modes:

DC Standard : DC welding on most ferrous materials.

DC Pulsed : limits the temperature rise of the workpieces to be welded. Ideal for very thin sheets.

AC Standard : welding of aluminium and its alloys (Al, AlSi, AlMg, AlMn...).

Pulsed AC : limits the temperature rise of the parts to be welded. Ideal for very thin sheets.

AC Easy: facilitates the use of the device thanks to predefined parameters. The user only selects the diameter of his tungsten electrode on the interface.

Possibility of adjusting the SPOT mode (TIG DC or AC) for fast and accurate spot welding before welding thin sheets.

HF without contact or LIFT by contact for work in electrosensitive environments.

3 trigger modes : 2T, 4T and 4T LOG.

Pulsed MMA : Facilitates welding in vertical upright position

Storage of up to 30 programmes per process. Advanced menu for optimal welding control. Current and voltage display during and after welding (DMOS/QMOS). Reinforced bodywork and shockproof skids. Space-saving and easily moved on site. Intelligent ventilation management to reduce power consumption, dust extraction and device noise. Protected against overvoltage up to 400 V (PROTEC 400).

GYS TIG 200 AC-DC is supplied complete with:

- TIG torch 26DB, 4m and consumable kit 1.6 and 2.4mm
