Deca Easy Job 220 Lab is a DC inverter multi-process welder for welding steel, aluminium and stainless steel... This welder allows the operator to choose the welding process that best suits the job between MIG/MAG, MMA, TIG Lift and Flux Cored Wire.

Deca Easy Job 220 has a high duty cycle of 100A at 60% and a maximum current of 200A.

Easy Job 220 is carefully manufactured with quality components, the welder is robust, the casing is solid and impact resistant, the wire feeder unit is of good quality and ensures a good feed even with soft wires such as aluminium.

Control panel with 2 potentiometers and 2 digital displays with comprehensible and immediate adjustments; the operator has the possibility to set the welder in synergic mode by choosing the welding programme in relation to the material and thickness on which he wants to work.

The MIG/MAG synergic programmes preset by DECA are optimal for welding iron, stainless steel, aluminium and braze welding; the welder allows the operator to slightly vary the synergic programmes to better suit the welder's style.

DECA EASY JOB 220 LAB can also be used in manual mode, allowing the operator to customise the wire speed and tension to be delivered.

Coils of 100 or 200 mm diameter can be used.

POLARITY REVERSE: inside the coil compartment there is a quick connector to reverse polarity by switching from gas shielded welding to NO GAS flux cored wire welding.

Easy Job 220 is equipped with two 25 sq. mm DINSE connections for connecting the electrode holder clamp and the earth clamp; it is also possible to equip the 220LAB with a TIG torch equipped with a valve for opening the ARGON gas (LIFT trigger).

The welding machine is supplied with:

- MIG/MAG torch MB15 180A, length 3 metres, Euro connection

- Ground cable and clamp

- Drag roller 0.6 - 0.8 for iron and stainless steel

Good welding mashine. !!!!!!!!

Perfect machine, does its job....

I bought the Deca Job 220 Lab welder after looking at its characteristics on the technical sheets. Well, after purchasing it, I tested it with mig/mag and flux wire, and I must say that its performance is exceptional, and with flux wire it feels like welding with gas. Practically no splattering, but simply the natural slag on the bead. An exceptional machine and excellent performance, as declared by the manufacturer. The usual Marco acknowledged the deficiency and promised to repair it with a new, more powerful flashlight at the next purchase. Honest and precise shopkeeper. Thank you.

The welder is excellent in pole and electrodes still have to try the tig

Truly excellent product with an optimal working range. Compared to other models I had inductance control and a much higher duty cycle. Simple to use even manually. I highly recommend the product. Worth every euro spent
