HELVI GALILEO TIG 211 EASY AC/DC

Galileo TIG 211 easy AC/DC is a single-phase inverter welding machine with high frequency (HF) ignition; this TIG welding power source is able to generate:

- Direct current (DC) for iron, stainless steel, cast iron, copper etc.

- Alternating current (AC) for aluminium and aluminium alloys.

Galileo TIG 211 easy AC/DC has a maximum current of 200A and a good duty cycle of 140A at 60%.

The 211 EASY has the FLEX-LINE technology with PFC which controls and optimises the input current, providing a high power factor and high energy savings. The FLEX-LINE equipment allows the welding machine to be powered by 110V or 230V and also allows the user to connect the welding machine to extension cables or by a motorgenerator.

Ideal for automotive and maintenance work.  The control panel of Galileo 211 Easy has been designed for quick and easy adjustment. The operator has only to set the main welding parameters and the secondary functions are automatically adjusted according to the HELVI welding tables; fixed 1-second slope up and 3-seconds slope down in 4-strokes mode.

In AC mode, it’s possible to set the welding current, Balance, AC frequency (max 200Hz) and the Pulse frequency.

In DC mode, to set welding current, Pulse frequency and secondary pulse current is automatically set at 30% of the main current.

The user can choose between LIFT or HF ignition and changing the welding mode at 2T or 4T.

Thanks to the DINSE 50mmq connections, it is possible to connect the electrode holder for MMA welding. The power source is suitable to be used with coated electrodes with thickness between 1.6 and 4 mm.

Galileo easy 211 ac/dc is equipped with HOT-START, ARC-FORCE and ANTI-STICK devices.

A very simple and reliable machine

Great product, truly a fantastic purchase.

Compact machine, easy to set up, a little noisy fan, but otherwise great.

I am speaking as a neophyte, since this is my first experience with a tig welder. I still haven't had the chance to try it for some time, but it seems like a very good product: it melts aluminum well, too.
