T4 orange protective curtain 140 cm wide for welding screens.
Height 160 cm.
Welding curtains are designed for use in workplaces where passers-by need protection from hazardous radiation emitted during welding work. They provide protection from light and ultraviolet (UV) radiation.
Made of PVC these curtains are self-extinguishing and therefore resist welding sparks, however they are not suitable as blankets and do not resist direct fire or excessive heat.
Cepro tents are equipped with a 5 cm reinforcement seam around the entire perimeter, 7 suspension eyelets on the upper side and snap fasteners on both sides so that several tents can be joined together. The usable width for each tent is 130 cm.
The blinds can be used for all welding processes and comply with the European standard DIN EN ISO 25980:2015-01 (formerly EN-1598).
All welding curtains are supplied with 7 steel suspension rings.
Weight 1.42 kg

T4 orange welding curtain with dimensions 2000x2000 mm and thickness 0.40 mm.
Galvanised steel tube construction.
The welding curtain is designed for use in workplaces where passers-by need protection from hazardous radiation emitted during welding work. It provides protection from light and ultraviolet (UV) radiation.
The curtain fabric is made of self-extinguishing PVC and is therefore able to withstand welding sparks, however it cannot withstand direct fire or excessive heat.
Cepro Gazelle tents consist of a solid 25x2.5 mm galvanised steel frame with dimensions 2000 x 2000 mm and a 0.40 mm thick stretched fabric. Their structure allows them to be combined horizontally or perpendicularly to make small welding boxes.
Each screen weighs approximately 8 kg and can be easily moved by a single operator.
The screen can be used for all welding processes and complies with the European standard DIN EN ISO 25980:2015-01 (formerly EN-1598).

In the world of welding, as in any kind of dangerous work, the risk of injury or the risk of illness due to exposure to agents harmful to the body increases dramatically if the right precautions are not taken. Welding blinds belong to the same group of items dedicated to operator protection.
The light produced during welding is dangerous to the eyes and skin; this can manifest itself as a simple burning sensation in the eyes through to premature cataracts in the most extreme cases. As far as the skin is concerned, a simple burn can occur up to more serious problems.
On the other hand, sparks produced by cutting metals or grinding can cause major burns and fires; the heat produced by sparks can easily melt weak materials and in the case of paper and textiles can start even large fires very easily. The most annoying thing about the light produced during welding can be the possible presence of other people in the work area, who in the long run may suffer from the same problems as the welding operator. All this must be prevented with quality equipment for personal, but also collective protection.
A welding curtain is indispensable for all environments where an adequate safety distance cannot be maintained between one operator and another, or between an operator and a certain type of material that is potentially flammable or sensitive to high temperatures. But it can also protect the eyes and skin of those who are simply passing by several times during the day and could be exposed to light radiation emitted by welding, or sparks produced by cutting or grinding in progress.
It is therefore evident that objects such as these become indispensable to protect oneself and the other people with whom one works, or with whom one shares a work space.
A welding curtain is made of self-extinguishing PVC, a material resistant to sparks and abrasions produced by welding or grinding, but not resistant to direct fire or intense heat sources.
Tuttosaldatura offers various types of welding curtains that differ between those for hanging and those with mobile supports with or without wheels. As far as supports without wheels are concerned, Tuttosaldatura offers the best-known Gazelle version, which is made of galvanised steel tubing and is light in weight, easily movable even by a single person. The shape of this version allows the easy construction of small welding boxes, a simple and practical product. The version we offer of the welding tent with wheels, called Omnium, is a similar product to the one seen above, but with different specifications. In fact, this version has a greater solidity, composed of round and rectangular tubes, very easy to move and able to create small boxes with ease, thanks to the 4 wheels placed under the structure, 2 of which are braking. The robustness of this welding tent and the wheels for moving it certainly make it the benchmark for its category.
Tuttosaldatura is committed to offering you welding tents at the best price and with the fastest delivery available, guaranteeing product quality and ease of assembly.
