Miga 218 welding machine from DECA is an inverter multi-process power source which allows the operator to carry out welding works on iron, stainless steel, aluminium and cast iron. It is possible to select the MIG/MAG, MMA or TIG welding process and thanks to the quick connector for polarity change it is possible to weld with Flux cored wire without gas.
Miga 218 is ideal for DIY and light maintenance thanks to its good duty cycle of 90A at 60% and a maximum current of 180A.
Deca Miga 218 permit to work in synergic mode with automatic wire speed and arc voltage, already set by DECA. Alternatively, it is possible to weld in manual MIG mode, adjusting the current and wire speed in manual mode; the electronic inductance is also adjustable in this case.
The standard MIG torch is a MB15 180A, 3 metres long, with EURO connection that guarantees good wire sliding.
Deca Miga 218 can fit 100 and 200mm diameter coils.
On the front panel you can also select MMA coated electrode welding or TIG DC LIFT welding for iron or stainless steel. It is possible to connect a TIG torch with valve to set the gas flow (Argon). It is then possible to adjust the slope down time.
Deca MIGA 218 is supplied with electronic devices to simplify MMA electrode welding:
