GYS MULTIPEARL 210-2

(new version supplied with MB25 torch)

Multipearl 210-2 is a multiprocess inverter DC welding machine, ideal for iron, stainless steel, cast iron, aluminium welding.

Suitable to be used in light carpentry and car body shops, this welding machine allows the operator to select different welding process as MIG/MAG, flux cored wire, MMA, TIG DC Lift.

GYS Multipearl 210-2 can use coils with diameters of 100 and 200mm.

The compact dimensions make this welder easily transportable and usable for work on site.

Thanks to the PFC (Power Factor Correction) device, which allows considerable energy savings (-30% compared to a traditional welder), it is possible to supply the welding machine by motorgenerators or with long cable extensions up to 100m.

Gys Multipearl 210-2 has a max welding current of 200 A with a duty cycle of 130 A at 60%.

Gys Multipearl 210-2 has a large LCD display to facilitate adjustment of the welding parameters. In MIG/MAG mode it is possible to use the synergic welding. Wire speed and voltage are automatically adjusted folllowing:

- the type and wire diameter

- the thickness of base material

- the gas;

- the welding position (selectable for corner, flat or vertical welding).

In manual mode it’s possible to set the wire speed and welding voltage, as a traditional welder; in MIG/MAG mode it is possible to set the SPOT and DELAY function.

Multipearl 210-2 can also be used for NO GAS flux-cored wire welding.

In MMA mode, hot-start and arc force can be adjusted, Multipearl 210-2 can weld Rutile, Basic, Acid and Stainless steel coated electrodes with diameters from 1.6 mm to 5 mm.

Gys Multipearl 210-2 can be used with TIG process with LIFT ignition for iron, stainless steel and cast iron (not aluminium). It’s possible to connect a TIG torch (BINZEL) with EURO connection and pushbutton on the handle; Post gas and slope down adjustables.
