GYS PROGYS 200E FV CEL

Progys 200E FV CEL is a single-phase DC inverter welding machine designed for all professionals looking for reliable and durable equipment. This particular welder can weld all types of coated electrodes, not only rutile, basic, stainless steel, cast iron, but also cellulosic electrodes (for welding pipes) and aluminium with diameters from 1.6 to 5 mm.

PROGYS 200E FV CEL is very compact and thanks to its low weight (9KG) it is easily transportable on site.

PROGYS 200E FV CEL can develop a welding current from 5 to 200 Amp, easily adjustable thanks to the practical LCD control panel on the front of the machine. PROGYS 200E FV CEL has a duty cycle of 135 A at 60% and 200 A at 25% and allows to face also continuous working with electrodes of 3,25 mm diameter.

The operator can select the percentage of Arc-Force and Hot start desired to best adapt his welding style to the coated electrode used.

On the front panel there are 2 x 50 mmq dinse connections where it is also possible to connect an optional TIG torch for welding steel and stainless steel; adjustable slope down up to 10 seconds.

The multivoltage technology allows the welder to be powered at both 230 and 110 Volts and thanks to the PFC device, it is possible to use the PROGYS 200E FV CEL even with large extension cables or to connect it to a motor-generator; furthermore, the PFC device guarantees considerable energy savings compared to a traditional inverter machine.
