GYS MULTIPEARL 210-4 XL

GYS Multipearl 210-4 XL is a multiprocess welding machine (MIG/MAG, FLUX, MMA, TIG), single-phase, suitable for iron, stainless steel, aluminium and cast iron. It is especially adapted to be used in the body shop and automotive, but also ideal for light carpentry work and for installations.

It has the PFC electronic device to control and stabilise the input current. PFC also allows the welding machine to be powered by a motorgenerator or connected to long extension cables.

Multipearl 210-4 XL can hold 200 and 300 mm coils.  The 4-rollers wire feeder unit guarantees excellent feeding of wires such as aluminium or thin wires.

Multipearl 210-4 XL generates a maximum welding current of 200 A and a duty cycle of 130 A 60%.

There is a large LCD screen on the control panel to simplify adjustment. In synergic mode, it’s possible to set:

- Wire material

- Thickness to be welded;

- Gas type;

- Welding position (flat, corner, vertical)

It is possible to manually adjust the wire speed and arc length to adapt the synergy to the welder's style. Multipearl 210-4 XL can also be used in manual mode by adjusting the wire speed and voltage, as the traditional welding machines.

When used in MMA mode, Multipearl 210-4 XL can weld coated electrodes with diameters between 1.6 and 5 millimetres.

Hot-Start and Arc-Force adjustables. Anti-stick device is automatic.

It is possible to connect a TIG torch with pushbutton and Euro connection, Binzel brand and set Post-gas and Slope down from the control panel.

Multipearl 210-4 XL is supplied with:

- Instruction manual

- Multi PEARL 210-4 XL generator

- MB25 torch,3 metres

- Ground cable and clamp, 2 metres

- Electrode holder and cable, 2 metres

- Gas hose 1.5 metres
