LINCOLN INVERTEC 175TP

Invertec 175TP is a DC inverter welding power source for iron, stainless steel, cast iron, copper and brass welding.

The welding machine is suitable for all working conditions thanks to its high degree of protection against humidity and dust.  The 175TP can be used in the workshop or in the construction site.

Lincoln Invertec 175TP develops a welding current from 5 A up to 175 A and it has a duty cycle of 130 A at 100 %.

Lincoln Invertec 175TP is equipped with PFC power factor correction circuit, which improves and stabilises the power supply to allow work up to 175A with single-phase 16A input current. In addition, the PFC allows the welding machine to be powered by a motorgenerator or connected to long extension cables up to 100 metres.

The control panel of the Lincoln Invertec 175TP is intuitive and easy to understand and allows the operator to adjust:

- starting and final current,

- welding current,

- 4 strokes bi-level

- slope up and down,

- spot welding,

- pre-gas

- post-gas,

- frequency adjustment in pulsed mode up to 250Hz

- working time adjustment of the first pulse current compared to the second one

Lincoln Invertec 175Tp can save 30 customised programs to ensure reproducibility in future jobs.                                                                         

The machine can be connected with a remote control (foot pedal) and it has two Dinse connections (50mm2) for the earth clamp and the electrode holder for MMA welding. Invertec 175TP has different electronic devices as Anti-stick, Arc-Force and Hot-start to simplify the MMA welding.

- 2.5m gas hose complete with connectors
