TELWIN INFINITY 228 CE

Infinity 228 CE is an inverter welding power source with small dimensions and low weight (6.6 kg). Thanks to the comfortable belt, the operator can easily transport the welder to the construction site.

Infinity 228 CE is a single-phase inverter DC welding machine designed for MMA and TIG DC scratch process. Infinity 228 CE allows the use of a large variety of electrodes: rutile, basic, stainless steel, cast iron... and CELLULOSIC coated electrodes (CITOFLEX), for pipe welding.

It is also possible to carry out TIG welding in DC current on iron, stainless steel and cast iron (NO ALUMINIUM); it is necessary to connect a TIG torch (optional) equipped with a valve for gas flow; the welding arc is in any case stable and easy to manage.

Infinity 228 CE has a maximum welding current of 200 A and a duty cycle of 140 A at 60%; it allows continuous working with 3.25 mm diameter electrodes, but also makes good use with 4 mm electrode.

The control panel of Infinity 228 CE is very simple and the operator only has to set the correct welding current in relation to the electrode used. The percent of Arc-Force and Hot-start are adjusted automatically. There are two LED for the various protection systems against overvoltage, undervoltage, overcurrent and thermostatic protection.

Dinse connections are 50 mmq to improve current flow and increase heat dissipation capacity.
